Abstract

This research paper aims to show the one of the law No 22 - 18 of July 24, 2022 related to the investment in Algeria, Where it comes to defining and explaining the nature of motivational mechanisms to encourage investment in renewable energies.

According to the study's findings, The Algerian legislator included renewable energies in the list of investment fields that can benefit from the incentive system for priority sectors, because they are among the fields that manage profits for the state and can achieve comprehensive and sustainable development in the country.
