The impact of applying TQM standards to performance of Ngueli Customs Station (Tchad)

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the impact of TQM on enterprise performance in the offices of the “Ngueli” customs Station in N'Djamena (tchad), where a stratified random sample of employees was selected. The research concluded that there is a positive relationship between the application of total quality management standards and the enterprise performance of customs Station. Commitment to applying the comprehensive quality standard was Modest.
