Licenses and Copyright

JFCG applies the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) to articles and other works we publish. If you submit your paper for publication by JFCG, you agree to have the CC BY license applied to your work. Under this Open Access license, you as the author agree that anyone can reuse your article in whole or part for any purpose, for free, even for commercial purposes. Anyone may copy, distribute, or reuse the content as long as the author and original source are properly cited. This facilitates freedom in re-use and also ensures that JFCG content can be mined without barriers for the needs of research.

Author Responsibilities

It shall be acknowledged that statements and opinions given in work published by the JFCG are the expression of the authors. Responsibility for the content of published papers rests upon the authors, not JFCG.

Originality of Manuscript

The entire manuscript is an original creation of the Author(s), it has not been formally published in any other peer-reviewed or non peer-reviewed journal, it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, it has not been accepted for publication elsewhere, it does not infringe any copyright or any other third party rights, authors have not assigned, licensed, or otherwise transferred any right or interest in the manuscript to anyone.

Authors shall produce the data upon which the manuscript is based or any other material related to the contents of the manuscript, for examination by the JFCG, its editors or assignees should they request it.

The article contains nothing that is unlawful, libelous, or which would, if published, constitute a breach of contract or of confidence or of commitment given to secrecy.
