Dr. Fadila Chirouf, is a professor specializing in statistics, holds a Masters degree in Business Sciences, specializing in Marketing, and a PhD in Economic Sciences, specializing in Finance and Banking, from the University of Larbi Ben M'hidi - Oum El Bouaghi in 2018, and a university qualification certificate from the University of Larbi Ben M'hidi - Oum El Bouaghi in 2020. She currently works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Business Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Larbi Ben M'hidi Oum El Bouaghi. Her research interests include statistical software and econometrics, electronic customer relationship management, electronic marketing, quality of financial and banking services, and digital marketing applications. She has many publications and research papers, as well as participation in international and national scientific conferences, in addition to her academic and practical experience in using statistical tools in the field of marketing and economic variables at the macro level.
