Oum El Bouaghi University Press (OEBUP) is dedicated to promoting open access to scientific research. We believe that making Books freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge and accelerates the pace of discovery. As such, all Books published by OEBUP are made freely accessible to all readers, with no barriers to access. OEBUP operates under a Creative Commons Attribution license, allowing authors to retain copyright of their work while enabling others to reuse and share the research."

Books published by OEBUP will be Open-Access distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY ).
