Abstract

     This intervention seeks to consider open educational resources as a new component in the modern educational process, which today has become a mixture between formal education and all the cognitive resources available on the global network .Different knowledge, applications, and programs, and distracts oneself from the reality of the use of these resources in the educational system in the Arab world and the accompanying use of the overcoming of very important priorities and starting points, at the top of which is the preparation of these systems and their readiness for these practices. It also monitors the impact of these resources on the learner and the resulting consequences .Potential risks arising from the unconsidered use of these resources, and do not ignore the impact of these resources on the educational learning process itself in that it is the basic environment in which the learner practices his various learnings, and the intervention does not neglect to talk about the importance of updating educational curricula in accordance with these developments made available by open educational resources.

    It also focuses attention on the overall risks that may result from the unconscious exploitation of these resources, and the duty of society with all its components towards this new development.
