Abstract

The contemporary Algerian visual poem is considered one of the most attractive poetic pieces for readers .It is composed of different textual and visual poetic images which it make open to various symbols giving poetry two values : the fantastic personal value and the functional one. Thus, the visual poetry excluded itself from the typical poetic poem .It turned to draw its own beautiful and inventive features from its own making a beautiful poetic piece in which linguistic and non linguistic aspects interact together .

This research paper aims at investigating the important visual and textual techniques and the wonderful poetic images that builds the contemporary narrative poem.
