Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has ushered in a new way of life, leading to a sudden alteration of norms and habits that had persisted for centuries. Indeed, the health crisis has given rise to previously unknown behaviors. Distance teaching and learning during the pandemic were at times considered as an optional solution, but never as the sole and exclusive approach.

This research aims to elucidate the transition, the various theoretical aspirations, and their practical implications within the realm of remote teaching and learning. It seeks to delineate both the advantages and disadvantages of such an approach and also proposes new perspectives
