Abstract

The study aims to explore the effect of Authentic leadership and knowledge sharing on strategic intelligence within the General Directorate of Mobilis, Algeria. A questionnaire was distributed to 47 employees, and analysis was conducted using SmartPLS4 software. The main findings are: There is a moderate correlation between Authentic leadership and strategic intelligence, while there is a strong correlation between Authentic leadership and knowledge sharing.
