Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the state of things about organizational trust and its impact in the sharing of knowledge among employees of the Prospecting National Institution of Hassi Messaoud, The descriptive analytical method was used, relying on the questionnaire tool, and the study sample was consisted of (84).

    Among the most important results in this article: There is an effect of organizational trust in sharing knowledge to a moderate degree in the institution under study, the study recommends: Staff confidence in management should be used in order to establish good behaviors such as trust and knowledge sharing
