This study included an analysis of the impact of organizational culture on talent management in the Commercial Communications Agency - ElKhroub - Constantine. This study was based on the descriptive approach. Through the distribution of a questionnaire to a group of employees within this agency. Thirty-six answers retrieved. The questionnaire included an axis that measure organizational culture, and an axis that measures talent management. The questionnaire data were processed using the SPSS program.
The study found a set of results. The most important of which was the weak organizational culture of the Commercial Telecommunications Agency, as well as weak talent management. In the end, the study found that weak organizational culture at the agency increased the weakness of talent management.
