Abstract

This study included an analysis of the impact of organizational culture on talent ‎management in the ‎Commercial Communications Agency - ElKhroub - Constantine. This ‎study was based on the ‎descriptive approach. Through the distribution of a questionnaire to ‎a group of employees within ‎this agency. Thirty-six answers retrieved. The questionnaire ‎included an axis ‎that measure organizational culture, and an axis that ‎measures talent management. The questionnaire data were processed using the SPSS ‎program.‎

The study found a set of results. The most important of which was the weak organizational ‎culture ‎of the Commercial Telecommunications Agency, as well as weak talent ‎management. In the end, ‎the study found that weak organizational culture at the agency ‎increased the weakness of talent ‎management.‎
