This study aims to determine the impact of the use of information and
communication technology and its dimensions (hardware and equipment, personnel,
databases, software, communications and networks) on the quality of postal services
perceived by customers in the postal services sector in Algeria.
One of the most important results reached is that there is a statistically
significant impact of the use of information and communication technology and its
dimensions in the postal services sector in Algeria on the quality of postal services.
