الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان العلاقة بين بعض مؤشرات الحكم الراشد و الانفاق الحكومي في الدول المغرب العربي خلال الفترة (2021-2002)، باستخدام نماذج بيانات بانل، حيث يمثل الانفاق الحكومي GOV المتغير التابع في حين يمثل كل من مؤشر الرأي والمساءلةVC ، مؤشر نوعية التنظيمRQ ، مؤشر مكافحة الفسادCC المتغيرات المستقلة في النموذج، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة طردية ومعنوية بين مؤشر الراي والمساءلة والانفاق الحكومي والذي يعتبر من أهم مؤشرات الحكم الراشد المؤثرة في الانفاق الحكومي عكس بقية المؤشرات، هذه نتيجة تشير إلى فعالية الراي والمساءلة كأداة لترشيد الانفاق الحكومي في دول المغرب العربي.
