يعتبر التحضير الجيد للمشروع الوعي بما يجري في البيئة الخارجية والداخلية أمرا بالغ الأهمية، ومخطط الأعمال يعتبر أداة هامة عند إنشاء المؤسسة، لأنه يسمح للمقاول بامتلاك رؤية واضحة لبيئة العمل ومواجهة مختلف التهديدات المستقبلية وبغية إيضاح ما سبق، تم تناول مخطط الأعمال كأحد الأدوات الإدارية الحديثة المستخدمة في إدارة المشاريع المقاولاتية، مع إبراز أهميته ومختلف مراحل تطوره بالنسبة لأصحاب المؤسسات الجديدة. كما يتم من الجانب العملي إجراء دراسة ميدانية على مجموعة من أصحاب المؤسسات الجديدة، بغية تشخيص نظرة المقاول الجزائري لمخطط الأعمال، ومدى تخطيط المقاول الجزائري لموضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية أثناء تحضيره لإطلاق مشروعه.
