Abstract

Expressing marketing seems easy at first glance, but it will become a challenge if it comes to marketing insurance services, as it is unique in a number of characteristics that differentiate it from the rest of the services. Therefore, successful insurance companies are fully aware of the importance of marketing activity that will enable them to understand the insurance market as well as understand the needs of customers; Accordingly, marketing men seek to direct their skills towards understanding these interactions in order to understand and determine the best strategies that satisfy the customer and the company together.
