Abstract

What I felt through my modest experience in the field of teach in g is that the people in the field of education are still, unfortunately, ad opting classic methods that no longer work in the face of the terrible knowledge and technologic altide , so you see them relying on improvisation in their dealings and approved curricula that are subject to lame templates and standards that do not keep pace with the aspirations of the learners, especially if we know that the 2023 learner is different Completely from the students of the past eras, and accordingly, how is it possible that knowledge is frozen due to those stagnant ideas, so the learner is taught with decisions that have been consumed by eternity?! It exhausted the recipient and negatively affected its results, which produced a failed class whose fate is expulsion. The educational role has turned in to means that contribute to the spread of illiteracy and the delay of society. We seek to find realistic solutions away from slogans and resonant theories. Weal so hope to rationalize teachers and professors and revitalize programs in line with the horizons of learners. Keep pace with the present, so we join the ranks of the leading countries in education. Positive school achieve men depends on studied techniques and innovations according to a very precise strategy that achieve hopes and creates generations through which nations and societies rise
