                This research paper seeks to examine the dialectical relationship between the constant and the variable in contemporary Arabic poetry theory and criticism over the past century, in light of the views of the Algerian poet and critic Abdelmalek Boumenjel, particularly in his book "The Dialectic of the Constant and the Variable in Modern Arabic Criticism (Part Two)." This is done to understand his critical perspective on Arab heritage and to identify the intellectual, artistic, and

aesthetic foundations upon which the debate in the art of poetry is based, as well as to delineate its levels and chapters. The paper also aims to present his critical theses which fall within the realm of what modern monetary discourse calls for
