Abstract

Since the legal French course would be above all a language course, a certain knowledge of the language and vocabulary in particular is necessary. Legal language refers to precise realities and techniques (in its synonymy and polysemy, etc.) that must be understood, but the acquisition of legal terms is far from being a simple task and beyond the terminological obstacles, the student is faced with the arduous task of learning the linguistic structures while drawing attention in passing to the choice of the right legal dictionary which tends to attenuate these uncultivated difficulties concerning the legal terms. Also the participation of students in class reveals their difficulty in expressing themselves orally.
