The reality of banking services and financial performance in light of the digital transformation at Dubai Islamic Bank

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of digital transformation in the development of banking services and financial performance at Dubai Islamic Bank. In order to achieve this, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon through theoretical study and a study of the reality of banking services at Dubai Islamic Bank, in addition to analyzing the bank’s financial indicators.

The study  has found that Dubai Islamic Bank is one of the most important banks in the Emirates that has kept pace with various technological developments and provided banking services characterized by diversity, speed, and ease of access, in addition to the improvement of the bank’s financial performance, and this is what we noticed in the bank’s reports and financial indicators.
