Abstract

The study aimed to know the relationship between organizational strength and employee performance, the importance of the study and benefiting from it in improving employee performance. The study sample is bank employees in Sinnar locality. A random sample of 110 employees was chosen, and a questionnaire tool was used to collect data. Quantitative data analysis was used, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Main results: There is no statistically significant relationship at a significant level (0.05) between (strength of experience, strength of information, strength of reference) and mental flexibility. There is a statistically significant relationship at a significant level. (0.05) between (strength of reference) and sensitivity to problems. There is no statistically significant relationship at a significant level (0.05) between (strength of experience, strength of information) and sensitivity to problems. Important recommendations: The president should use the open-door policy to provide advice and guidance to clients, and make changes in work methods from time to time.
