Integrating renewable energies to achieve sustainable development in Algeria

Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on renewable energies and sustainable development, and to show how renewable energies contribute to reducing climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, especially as Algeria seeks to integrate renewable energy into the energy supply system to diversify the energy mix and reduce dependence on fossil fuels that pollute the environment, and in Finally, we touched on highlighting the potential of renewable energy in Algeria and the ambitious programs it launched to develop renewable energies and energy efficiency, which were based on developing inexhaustible resources such as solar energy and wind energy, and integrating them into the energy supply system to diversify energy sources and enter a new era of sustainable, environmentally friendly energy.
