The duality of creativity and performance improvement from the point of view of users in specialized institutions - Center Janawi Ali Constantine

Abstract

Our study came with the aim of studying each of the dualities of creativity and improving performance in specialized institutions, in order to find out the extent of the impact of creativity on the performance of users in the Center janawi Ali in Constantine, by studying the effect of each element of creativity (fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, risk) on job performance in the center under study.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, to suit the problem, and we used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting field study data. Data was also collected, analyzed, and hypotheses tested using statistical packages for social sciences SPSS. The study population consists of 39 employees in the center, and through the use of some statistical methods appropriate to the hypotheses and questions of the study, we concluded that there is an impact of creativity on the performance of users in the center, janawi Ali, in Constantine.
