Abstract

This research paper attempts to work on the journey of the writer Rabeh Khadousi, “Impressions of a Returner from the Cities of Beauty,” by clarifying the aesthetics of the realistic and imaginative aspects in it. The journey starts from reality, describing its environment, times, places, and scenes. However, the realistic recording does not negate the presence of the element of imagination that dresses the journey with a literary character. A narrative far from historical documentation and geographical description.
