This paper is marked by "the difficulties of the learned language and its relationship to the phenomenon of linguistic acquisition of the learner; a psycho-linguistic approach" aims to divulge the impact of learning difficulties on academic achievement, and its role in hindering the process of language acquisition, as most of the difficulties facing a language teacher have a purely psychological dimension, He resorts to linguistics and its material to present his educational subjects, but when the matter is related to teaching methods and methods of presenting the material, he must seek the help of psychology because it has a fundamental role in directing the teacher's efforts and facilitating the learning process to the learner and preparing him psychologically and behaviorally to receive this language and overcome the difficulties he faces.Inorder to overcome these difficulties, the teacher shouldrealize the close relationship between psychology and linguistics and their participatory role in language education.
