The Impact of Recruitment, Selection and Appointment Policies on the Quality of Work

The study aimed to know the reality of recruitment, selection and appointment policies and the challenges of the quality of work in universities. The importance of the study stems from the fact that it benefits senior management in universities in identifying the reality of recruitment, selection and appointment policies, and the extent of satisfaction and acceptance with those policies. The study sample consisted of employees of Sinar University - Al-Wasat Complex. The sample was selected through a comprehensive inventory of the study population of 110 employees, and it was approved. The most important results: There is no statistically significant relationship between the axes of recruitment, selection and appointment (recruitment, selection and appointment policies, competence and experience of those in charge of the recruitment process) (cost, speed of response) There is a statistically significant relationship between (application of talent recruitment procedures) and (cost, speed of response).
