تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تحليل منهجي لإستقصاء أثار التحرير المالي على إستقرار النظام المالي ومستوى التنمية المالية وذلك بالتركيز على:
أولا: تحليل أثر التحرير المالي على كل من الإدخار والاستثمار
ثانيا: التعرض للآثار السلبية لسياسات التحرير من خلال التركيز على عدم الاستقرار المالي وظهور الوساطة غير الرسمية مما يؤدي إلى عرقلة التنمية المالية.
