Abstract

Small and Medium Entreprises ( SMEs )  have faced numerous challenges as a result of freeing markets due to globalization. Accordingly, there was a need to create a work system whose function is to develop and update the concept of supporting SMEs. Business incubators are considered as one of the best mechanisms ever invented in the last 20 years that support small and medium businesses. Their prime task is providing services that maintain the natural continuity of businesses so as to avoid failure and collapse. Business incubators are gaining deep interest in developed and developing countries, including Algeria.
