Abstract

Strategic vigilance and business intelligence have an important role in providing the informations, processing, analysis, and then posted to the officials and decision-makers to take the appropriate actions and decisions concerning the future of the company in general and banks in particular. This study aims to know the reality of using the strategic vigilance and business intelligence in banking sector, where we studied the field of banks located in the state of Constantine.
