Abstract

The Study aimed to identify the impact of strategic flexibility in achieving strategic objectives at Yemeni University of Science and Technology. a questionnaire was developed for collecting data from academic and administrative leaders amounting to (137) by the complete census method. The findings revealed positive impact of strategic flexibility in achieving strategic objectives. The study concluded with an emphasis on paying more
attention to strategic flexibility at Yemeni University of Science and Technology, as this would have positive impact on achieving strategic objectives.
