Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the exchange rate changes on the financial strategy of companies. To achieve this goal, an analytical method was applied to process and analyze the data of the company under study based on her financial reports for a period in order to demonstrate the causal relationship between the exchange rate changes and financial reports as a means of disclosure on the financial strategy of the company.

      The study reached a set of results that flow in its entirety with the existence of a statistically significant direct effect relationship between the financial reports that are exposed to daily changes in the exchange rate, which directly affect the result by either increase or decrease, as well as the adoption of an appropriate financial strategy for the company.
