Abstract

 The study aimed to identify the extent to which electronic collection systems are applied in improving the performance of public revenues and enhancing the effectiveness of financial control in Al-Duwaim locality. The study relied on the field method and used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The statistical method was also used to analyze the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).

The study reached results that confirm the validity of the hypotheses, including: the existence of a strong direct correlation between the application of electronic collection systems and improving the performance of public revenues in Al-Duwaim locality. The estimation results also showed the existence of a strong direct correlation between the application of electronic collection systems and enhancing the effectiveness of financial control in Al-Duwaim locality.
