The Administrative Chronotope and its Relationship with Organizational Chronemics from the Perspective of Secondary School Heads in “Dhi Qar” Province

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the level of "Administrative Chronotope" and its relationship with "Chronomics" among department heads at the General Directorate of Education in Dhi Qar، from the perspective of high school principals. The study adopted a descriptive-correlational approach. The population consisted of (210) principals، from whom a sample of (136) was selected using a stratified random sampling method، The results showed that department heads possess a high level of spatio-temporal awareness. and a good level of time management and usage. Furthermore، the results revealed a strong، statistically significant positive correlation between the two variables، indicating that a deep understanding of the spatio-temporal environment contributes to improving the communicative temporal behavior of educational leaders. The study concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions to develop the spatio-temporal and temporal skills of administrators.
