Abstract

Through this paper, we seek to highlight the modern thought adopted by Algeria in recent times, which is to encourage investments, especially in the southern regions, because of the jobs it provides, not to mention its role in local development, while providing financial and technical support for those regions through these programs and support structures. multi. Our study aims to measure the impact of employment programs approved by the state on increasing the number of workers and reducing unemployment rates in the state of Adrar, by using the (EVIEWS) program to analyze the impact of these programs in eliminating unemployment.
