Abstract

The internationalization of enterprises is a complex and dynamic activity through which it aims to increase its profitability and improve its performance, as the latter - which aims to enter international markets - must determine the best way to reach international markets. Strategic alliances are a practical strategy when the organization wants to enter international markets, as choosing the organization to form an alliance with a local or foreign company is another way to enter foreign markets while maintaining its independence.
